CrocoDent uses your name, email address, subject, and message to answer your support request. These fields are required so we can reply. The basis is our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service, or steps you ask us to take for your account. Access is limited to authorized support staff and our hosting and email providers. Ordinary support messages are retained for up to 12 months, unless a longer period is required for a dispute or legal obligation.
