CrocoDent is a platform that helps patients describe possible dental needs and discover dental students who may be accepting supervised clinical cases. CrocoDent is not a dental clinic, healthcare provider, insurer, or emergency service.

Survey results, profile matches, and student information are for matching and communication only. They do not diagnose, recommend a treatment, or replace advice from a qualified dentist. A qualified clinician must confirm any treatment plan.

Patients should provide accurate survey answers, use student contact details respectfully, and confirm clinic details before attending an appointment. If symptoms are urgent, patients should contact a qualified dentist, clinic, or emergency service directly.

Students are responsible for keeping profiles accurate, using only contact methods they are comfortable showing, and accepting only cases that are appropriate for their supervised clinical setting. Students must follow their university, clinic, supervisor, and professional rules.

Student accounts may require email verification and an active subscription before appearing in patient results. Paid subscriptions and boosts are processed through Stripe. Prices, billing periods, and boost durations are shown before checkout.

CrocoDent may use verification checks, including CAPTCHA, rate limits, and abuse prevention tools to protect student contact details and keep the platform reliable.

You must not scrape profiles, misuse contact details, impersonate another person, submit false information, interfere with the service, or use CrocoDent for unlawful, unsafe, or harassing activity.

CrocoDent handles personal data as described in the privacy policy and GDPR notice.

CrocoDent may update these terms as the product, legal requirements, or operating practices change. The updated page will show the latest revision date.
